Hi Lynn, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question.
There are a few ways you're able to check your balance. If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to view your account balance online. You may log into your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you'll be able to view your account balance on the landing page. If you'd like to view any transaction information, simply click the account you want to view and select a time frame from the drop-down box.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking and have a smart phone, you are able to bank on the go with our Mobile Banking Application. You may download the app here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H. If you run into any questions or concerns about the App, feel free to call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r to begin. Please have your account number, ATM/Debit Card number and Social Security Number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance. Please keep in mind, you will first need to enroll in Online Banking in order to use the Mobile Banking App.
If you prefer, you are also able to check your balance by calling us 24/7 by dialing the number listed above to speak with a live Representative or by following the prompts and using our automated system. For our automated system, you will need either your account number or Debit Card number to check your account balance and transactions.
You are also able to visit a TD Store to check your balance either with an ATM or with a Teller. To take a look at our TD ATM and Store locations please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Keep in mind that if you are using a non-TD ATM, fees may be applied. To take a look at any potential fees please visit: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this answers your question Lynn, but if you have any other inquiries we're always here to help!
