Good question, John and we appreciate you coming to TD Helps for your answer.
Please understand that we take our Customer's privacy seriously and will only disclose information about their account including account balance to a co-owner or joint account holder on their account.
If you wish to add your wife to your existing Savings account as a joint account holder, you may visit your nearest TD Bank Store location, during lobby business hours so that both signers can sign an updated signature card. To find a TD store location near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please make sure both parties, including you, bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number.
Once her name has been added to your Savings account, we will be able to provide your joint Savings account information to her at her request.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a fantastic Wednesday, John!
