Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps Rita.
When adding a new signer to your account a new signature card must be signed. His social security number and date of birth will also be needed to add him to the account. Please visit your local TD Bank Store with your son so a new signature card can be filed for him. Check out the following link to find the closest TD Bank location to you http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once the updated signature card is on file, he will have equal access to your checking account.
We hope this information helps and enjoy the day!
