It sounds like you're having trouble viewing one of your accounts when you log into your Online Banking. Not to worry! We'll be happy to provide you with options.
The first and most convenient way to have all your accounts viewable through your Online Banking would be to call 1-888-751-9000 to connect with a Banking Specialist. Once your account has been fully verified, a Specialist will be more than happy to further assist you. You may also visit a TD Store location during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Another option you have when wanting to contact a Specialist would be to send a Secure Message from your Online Banking. To send a secure message, simply log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left-hand side, and select 'Send a secure message'. You may also send a Secure Message from your TD Bank mobile app. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. For your specific request, please be sure to include the account number you wish to see, if you are able to obtain it.
If you are looking to open a new account, and have it be visible through your Online Banking, we'll be happy to help you with that as well. Once you have decided on the account type you wish to open, you may either call the number listed above or visit your nearest TD Store location. Once the account is open, be sure to let the Representative assisting you know that you wish to see this account right away through your Online Banking. Typically, if you do not make this request, the account will be visible within 24 hours after your account was opened.
