I'm seeing fees and I know the Relationship Checking is a better option since my combined balance would cover my monthly maintenance and foreign ATM fees. To connect my accounts and change my convenience checking to a relationship checking, would I need to visit a store in person? My accounts are already on a combined statement. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Heather!
There are a couple of options you may choose from when it comes to changing your account. You can contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can change your account type. You also have the option of sending a secured message through Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once there, you will need to choose "Personal" from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you only have a Line of Credit with us or do not have an ATM/Visa debit card, you may contact us at 800-493-7562 for assistance. Our Digital Banking Specialists are available 24/7 and would be happy to help! After you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send A Message. As always, you can visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
We hope this information is helpful and have a great day!
