Great to have you with us today! We hope all is well with you in Florida.
You'll be glad to know that we can convert your current checking account to another type of checking account with no interruption to your current account number or debit card.
To do so, one of our Specialists will need to assist you. If you prefer to request this change online, you are more than welcome to send us a Secure Message to change your account type. To do so, please log to your Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have logged in, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry including your account number and the type of account you're requesting, and a friendly Representative will respond shortly.
We'd also be happy to be of assistance with this request via phone. Our knowledgeable Representatives are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and can assist you in comparing accounts and helping you with a switch.
Or if you're nearby, you're always invited to any local TD Bank Store where a Representative can provide help. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of locations and hours near you.
To fully review all of our checking options before you do so, including our Convenience Checking, feel free to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF. We recommend comparing the current requirements of your account with the others listed to find the one which best fits you. We can also offer you our convenient Checking Selector, which can be found at http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU. Kindly keep in mind that if your current account is a product that we no longer sell, once you have converted the account to another type of checking, you won't be able to return to the other account type you had. If you have any questions about your current account prior to your switch, feel free to give us a call as mentioned above.
We hope this is helpful for you, Mary.
Wishing you a fantastic day and we'll talk to you soon!
