Welcome to TD Helps, Abdurahim. We'd be happy to help with ways to check your balance.
One of our most popular ways to check your balance is to give us a call. You may do so 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speak to our Customer Service Representatives. We also have an automated service to check your balance, make transfers and more! You may reach the automated system anytime by dialing 800-937-2000. For more information on our automated system, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1HuHfKI.
You may also check your balance at any ATM location. When you check your balance through the ATM, all you need to do is insert your card to the machine of your choosing and enter your PIN. You would then need to select "Balance Inquiry." Keep in mind that using any TD ATM is free of charge but fees may be applied to your account for the use of non-TD Bank ATMs. For more information about fees that may be applied, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. You may also ask a Teller at any TD drive up window or in the lobby. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find ATMs and TD Bank locations near you.
Another way to keep track of and check your account balances is via Online Banking. In order to use Online Banking, you must first be enrolled. You can do so for free at any time by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need to have your account number, ATM/VISA Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. If you have any problems while enrolling or are missing any of the mentioned pieces of information, please call us directly 24/7 by contacting the Customer Service line listed above or visit a TD Store near you. After you are successfully logged in, your account balances will be displayed on the first page you see.
Once you've enrolled in Online Banking, you have the opportunity to use Mobile Banking. If you have a smartphone, you can download the Mobile Banking application by taking a look here: http://bit.ly/1wT5SbU. You can submit your phone number on the website and it will text the link to your phone so you can download the app. Your user name and password for Mobile Banking is the same as the one you created for Online Banking. If you have any problems while downloading or accessing the app, you can contact the 24/7 number listed above.
We've also noticed that you're writing to us from Canada. You may submit a unique question on our Canadian TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1giEf7F. You may also contact a Representative directly. To take a look at the ways to reach a Representative please visit here: http://bit.ly/164ekie.
We hope this helps, Abdurahim and have a good night.
