Hello, Brian and thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps with your question! We hope you're enjoying your week. At TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, we remain committed to ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with all of our products and services, and making your banking convenient! We'll be happy to go over all of the methods you can use to check your account. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging in to your account. You may also view the transactions as well. Please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account to view recent activity. If you're not currently enrolled, you're welcome to take advantage of this free service. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy! If you already have an ATM/Debit card with us and have a US Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up for Online Banking for your Personal account. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account online. If you have any trouble, feel free to give one of our Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance. If you have a Business account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, we can also assist with this! Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. Once you are enrolled in Online Banking you would also have the option to keep up with your account(s) using our Mobile Banking App. You can read all about the personal Mobile Banking App here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt, and you can even send yourself the link to download it to your smart phone. If you're interested in the BusinessDirect App you can send yourself the link to download it and read more here: http://bit.ly/XPQXFn. If you have a TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, you can also stop by any TD ATM to check your balance. And, you can also access up-to-the-minute account balance and transaction information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling our automated banking system or contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or by visiting one of our convenient locations near you.
