If you are looking to view your account balance via the TD Bank Mobile App, we'd be more than happy to show you how. Prior to using the Mobile Baking application, you must first set up an Online Banking profile through our website. Please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. You will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address.
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, or experience any issues trying to enroll, that’s okay! You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up! You can also visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time. Again, if you have any issues with the Mobile Banking app or need assistance logging in, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists. Once you've successfully enrolled and downloaded our TD Mobile App, you will now have the ability do all of your banking on the go!
If you are looking for our Customer Service Line so that you may check your Account balance, we can surely provide those numbers to you. You can call our automated system, also known as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), by dialing 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). To use this service, you will need your account number, which can be found on your paper statements and also located at the bottom of your checks. You will also need your PIN number, if this is the first time using the automated system, the PIN number will be the last four digits of your Social Security number or Tax Identification number if this is a Business account, which you will be requested to change. Once you verify your account thru the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve account information.
