We'd hate to see you go, Erika. We do want to let you know that we are committed to being available when you need us. In addition to our TD Store locations, we also have 24/7 online, mobile and phone services available for your use. If you have any questions or concerns about your banking experiences, we invite you to discuss them with us at a TD Store. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. We'd like to hear from you.
If you still choose to close your account, you can visit a TD Store during lobby hours or if your account is at a zero balance you may call us at the number mentioned above or send a secure message via Online Banking. In order to send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." Since this message will be sent securely to us through your Online Banking, no email address is required. Please note that your account must be at a zero balance in order to close it via secure message and over the telephone.
We hope this helps, regardless of what you choose, Erika and have a good day.
