I have 2 accounts active and would like to cancel one of them and transfer the funds to one account. I no longer live where I have access to a TD Bank location and am strickly limited to only banking.

If you have moved, we do have some options for you to complete your banking without the need to visit a TD Bank Store. Please note that we offer fully featured online and mobile banking services and live telephone support available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking, you can sign up by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, if you have a TD Bank Visa Debit Card or ATM number, and a US Social Security number. If not, you're more than welcome to contact a Banking Specialist directly for assistance with enrollment. Please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're enrolled, you're welcome to use this service to help you keep track of your account, and you can even communicate with us whenever you'd like using our Secure Messaging service available once you log in. To do so, please log in at our full website here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click on the ''Customer Service'' tab, and the use the ''Send a Message'' link to talk with us about your account questions or requests.
If you do wish to cancel one of your accounts with us, you can certainly transfer funds between your TD Accounts via your Online Banking or Mobile App, where you can enjoy easy online access to your accounts – anytime, anywhere! Once you're enrolled for Online Banking and logged in, to transfer between any of your TD accounts, please click on the "Transfer" tab. This screen will allow you to choose which account you'd like to transfer to and from and enter in the amount of the transfer. With this feature you'll be able to either complete an immediate transfer or schedule a recurring transfer. If you are unable to view an account online, please contact us and we will be sure to help!
Once you have a balance of zero, you may also call Customer Service. Or, you're welcome to send a Secure Message via your Online Banking account by logging it at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and clicking the ''Customer Service'' tab. You'll find a link to ''Send a Message'' there, where you can enter your request. Please be sure to specify the account number you wish to close if you choose this method.
If you have a Business account with us that you'd like to close, this request must be completed at a TD Bank Store location. And if you'd prefer to close a loan or line of credit, you're welcome to contact a Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020, or visit the TD Bank location nearest you.
