Thanks for visiting us on TD Helps, Ann.
It sounds like you're trying to deposit this money order into an account which you're the only signer. If you this is the case and the other two people in which this money order is made payable to are not on your account, an "Endorsement Authorization & Release" form must be completed. When you visit your nearest TD Bank Store to make your deposit, please be sure that everyone who the check was made payable to are present so the form can be filled out. Please note, government or insurance checks may be only deposited into a joint account naming all parties.
We hope this information was helpful, if you still have any question you may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or your local TD Bank Store. For a listing of hours, locations and contact information please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our hours and locations.
We hope this helps and feel free to come again if you have any other questions.
