hi, thank you for answering my maiul, i wanted to ask if i missed something, you said you would tell me how to email that branch, is the answer that little address there,?? it says its the hours and phone number, is it also thier email address,?? the next time im at the branch ill be sure to get the address, i wanted to specifically email one of the employees, so ill just ask them for their address, but maybe someone here can answer my question??
i went out to dinner and payed the bill with my debit, i have a copy of the transaction and a copy of the receipt one has to sign for approval, well it was mothers day so there was alot of items i purchased that day from cards to flowers, to gifts, and i always make sure never to go over, well when i went online i noticed a over draft fee, so as im looking to see where i went over, i seen the dinner was more on the bank statement, so i went to the restaurant and the manager went and got his receipts and they matched mine, he said the waitress must have added a tip, when i asked to speak to her he said she is no longer employed there, it looks like she did that all day on mothers day he even rolled his eyes when i came in and said another one.
well i went into the bank with all my receipts and they were real helpful, infact it was jean who helped me and i really hope theres a manager position there for him someday because i have been there since they opened and everytime i go in he has the same helpful friendly demeanor about him, you would never know if he had problems in life because he leaves them at home, unlike half of all the other people i see every day, im so happy with his service and had to make a note of that. well they did all the proper paperwork but my account still shows the overdraft fee, and the wrong balanced owed, now he sent the affidavit to the main branch, do i have to wait till they fix it or till the next banking day because its been fri sat sun and today monday is a holiday, i want to make a deposit but im afraid they will take some to fix the overdraft, how long is that process, does anyone know,??
THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR HELP AND FOR READING MY STORY HAHAHAHA, if anyone knows i thank you for your time
