Hello there. I'm not Canadian, but i have lived in Canada for 8 months. I've used TD-online banking. I can't remember my account password. I guess, it was my phone number(Canadian phone number, it isn't used anymore), but it isn't. How can i find my password? I just have a TD-Debit card.

We appreciate you coming to TD Helps with your question, Wonseok. We would be happy to guide you in the right direction.
If you know your User Name and need to reset your password, you can do so by using the Self-Service feature via the TD Bank website by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once there, please select the "Trouble Logging In" link located beneath the password field. You will now be at the "Reset Your Password" page; select the account type and input your User Name along with the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to answer your security questions. After successfully answering the security questions you will then be able to create and confirm your new password.
Here are a few tips we'd like to share with you when creating your new password:
- Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
- Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
- Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
- Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
