Hey Harry, thanks for stopping by TD Helps! We'll be sure to provide all the options that could be available to you regarding receiving another Debit Card for your account.
If your wife is a joint owner on the account, she can give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit us at any TD Bank location or send us a secure message through Online Banking to request a new Debit Card. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If she's enrolled in Online Banking, she may send us a secure message. If she's not currently enrolled for Online Banking, she may call the number listed above to enroll or visit a TD Store during lobby hours. To send a secure message, please have her sign into her account here: http://bit.ly/SMUhhl and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Please note that if she chooses to call us or send us a secure message, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the debit card to be mailed to your home address; it will be sent in a plain white envelope.
