It's a pleasure to assist you today, Nancy. We'll be sure to point you in the right direction on how to receive your statements in the mail.
If your account happens to be enrolled in paperless statements right now and you'd prefer to cancel this service, please follow the steps below after logging in to your Online Banking account here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq:
-Click the “Customer Service” tab
-Under “Self Service” select the link for “Online Statement Settings”
-Select the option for “Paper Statements”
-Then select the “Save Changes” button
Please note that choosing paper statements may result in a monthly paper statement fee for your account, and the check image service may also be discontinued. To take a look at our Fee Schedule please visit https://go.td.com/1cTejgt.
If you have any trouble changing back to mailed statements, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Nancy.
