We appreciate you stopping by TD Helps with your question today, Sonja. We understand that online difficulties can be frustrating and we would like to help.
If you are experiencing issues accessing our website or any of its features, we recommend disabling any plug ins or themes and restoring your browser to the default settings. We also suggest making sure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser and that it is accepting cookies. Please note that www.tdbank.com is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If the issue persists, you may wish to use a different browser.
If you're looking to enroll in paperless statements, please follow this link to take you to the Log-in page for your Online Banking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’ve successfully logged in, please follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page)
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements." Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”
If you have any further questions or are still having trouble logging in, please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to review your options with a TD Bank Digital Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Thanks again for your visit, Sonja and we hope this helps! Enjoy the rest of your day!
