Good morning, Douglas, welcome to TD Helps! There are several ways available for you to order deposit slips for your TD Checking Account and we'd be happy to go over those options with you.
Your first option is using the self-service feature via your TD Online Banking. If you are currently utilizing Online Banking, please click here to sign in: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, please click on the ''Customer Service tab." Located under ''Self Service'' section, please select the ''Order Checks'' link. Another window will open for you to order deposit slips.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you have a Business account with us and currently enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may order deposit slips by logging into BusinessDirect from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Go to the “Service Center” and select “Order Checks”.
If you would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, and you have your ATM/debit card, please follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. After you select the link provided above, please choose "Business" from the drop down box and click on "Continue." Please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, your business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password. If you do not have an ATM/debit card for your business, please visit your local TD Bank Store for further assistance. Our friendly Store Representatives will be more than happy to place the check order for you as well.
However, if you recently had a change of address or if you prefer, you can contact us at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank. After your order is placed, deposit slips typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address. For a listing of TD Stores, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
