Welcome to TD Helps, Sandra. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
If your savings account is held by TD Bank, please know that we no longer offer passbooks at this time. To discuss your account in greater detail, we recommend reaching out to us directly 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We also notice that you're writing to us from Canada. Because of this, we recommend reaching out to our friends at TD Canada Trust. You are able to visit their TD Helps page here: http://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. Once your question is submitted, we're sure our friends will provide their best answer.
You are also able to speak with a TD Canada Trust Representative directly. Please visit here http://go.td.com/1woOVay to view their contact options.
We hope to hear from you soon, Sandra and have a good day.
