Welcome to TD Helps today, Frank. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your statements online and we'll be happy to help.
If you're having trouble enrolling for Online Banking or if you're already enrolled but having trouble logging in, to better assist you please give our Digital Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification they'll be able to help you access your account while you're on the phone. You may also stop by a nearby TD Bank for further assistance. However; if you're able to log in but having trouble viewing the statement, you may not be using the most up to date version of the adobe service, which is what is required to view your statements in PDF format. To update this, once you're logged in please click on the name of your account, which will be listed in blue. Next, click on the "Statements" tab, on the next page you'll see a statement that reads "Statements issued on or after April 2010 are available in Adobe PDF format, so you can print, download or save them for your records at any time." When you locate this statement, you may click directly on the words "Adobe PDF" and that will take you to the adobe webpage to update the service.
If the problem persists, that may mean that your pop-ups are being blocked. The directions on how to turn off your pop-up blocker varies depending on what browser you're using. Typically, you'll find these settings in the "Tools" section of your browser.
