Welcome to TD Helps, Kimara! We're glad to hear you'd like to go paperless and we'd be happy to walk you through the steps.
Please follow this link to take you to the Log-in page for your Online Banking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To enroll for paperless statements, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. To start the enrollment process, you will need your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, email address and your Social Security number and click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, which will take you to the "Online Banking Sign Up" Page . Please select Personal from the drop down box and select "Submit". First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have a TD ATM/Visa Debit card or if you run into any problems, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7, at 800-493-7562. They are available 24/7 and are willing to assist you with making the account visible immediately after account authentication. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, please follow the steps below to enroll for paperless statements:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
