Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Tracey.
Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site. Also, for the protection of your account, please note that TD Bank will not email account-sensitive information, for your account security.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, an easy way to get a copy of this information is to place your request via fax. To do so, please fax it to our Mortgage Research Department at 207-755-4229 and include the following:
-Your Account number
-Your specific request
-Your Fax Number
Once this is received, we'll be glad to fax a copy back to you at the fax number you have provided. Please note that the turnaround time for your request is usually 3-5 business days.
As another option, you're also welcome to contact a dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020, Option 1. During your call, they can review your account and request to have a statement mailed to your address on file.
If you prefer, please also feel free to stop in at any convenient TD Bank Store location near you for a copy; a listing can be found at http://bit.ly/TDStores where we would be happy to help!
Please also keep in mind; we are required to send you paper statements of your TD Mortgage. With that being said and we apologize for any inconvenience, we do not offer the ability to set up paperless statements for your TD Mortgage.
We hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
