Great question, Kathie! We’ll be happy to help.
With our new online banking upgrade, you certainly have the option to add multiple phone numbers to your profile. To do this, you may first log in here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO. Once you've logged in, please click on your name in the upper right corner, and select 'Update Personal Settings'. You may then click on the 'Update Security Settings' button. From there, you can 'Add Phone', located in the upper right corner.
Please note that you may have more than one phone number on file; however, you may only have one default number. If there are multiple signers on your account, we encourage each signer to use their own online banking log in, so that each person may receive a call/text for their security code.
