Welcome to the TD Helps community, Asha. We're happy to direct you on how to obtain more information regarding your account.
Please know that we would love to be able to assist you directly with your inquiry however TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum. Therefore, we are unable to access your personal account information. To obtain more information on your account and whether or not a debit card transaction was charged twice we ask that you give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification we'll be glad to assist further.
If you'd prefer, you may also visit any TD Store location. To find a nearby TD feel free to use our Store locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, if you're enrolled for Online Banking, you may send us a secure message to inquire about your account. To do so, you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Once you connect with a Specialist from any of the methods listed above, if you do have a duplicate transaction on your account, we will be sure to provide you with options on how to proceed.
We hope this helps, Asha and we look forward to hearing from you. Enjoy your evening and take care!
