Kindly note that we would need to verify you if you reached us via phone, which may be difficult if you're not familiar with your account recently. If you are enrolled in Online Banking with us and remember your login information, you can also send us a Secure Message so that we can check on your account status for you. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile at: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
