Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Dawn. We will be glad to assist you with your account balance inquiry.
The quickest and easiest way to review your account balance and/or transactions is by using our online banking website. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging on to your account. You may also view your transactions and full account history as well. Please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account to view recent activities.
Just in case you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your Checking account number, ATM/debit card number, and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
If you have a Business Checking account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, we can also help with this! Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application using your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password.

Thank you for joining in, Patricia. We'd be happy to help you view your statements online.
We're thrilled to hear that you are looking to enroll for online statements. Online statements are safer, faster and greener than paper statements and we are happy to provide the steps on how to set this up!
To enroll for paperless statements, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security Number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, please follow the steps below:
Please click on the “Customer Service” tab then select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page). Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements then make sure the email address on file is correct. You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements.” Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes.”
If you have a business account and would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, and you have your ATM/Debit Card, please follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. After you select the link provided above, please choose "Business" from the drop down box and click on "Continue." Please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, your business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password. If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card for your business, please visit your local TD Bank Store for further assistance. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In case you have any difficulties setting this up, you can call our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists, who are available 24/7, would be happy to walk you through this. You could also stop by your local TD Store for assistance.
We hope this helps, Patricia and have a good night.
