First, we recommend checking to make sure that you have entered your login information as you intended. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive, and please check to be sure that your Caps Lock key is in the right position.
If you are still unable to log in and believe you have the correct User Name for your account, you may reset your Password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the log in page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
