Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Dorothy.
We apologize for any inconvenience as you are not able to use a Credit Card to make a Mortgage payment. However, to make a Mortgage payment, you may use a Checking or Savings account (using account and routing numbers). We have multiple options you may take advantage of when attempting to make a payment.
If you wish to make a payment via phone, you may call 1-800-937-5020 and speak with one of our dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialists, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also make your mortgage payments online by visiting the following link: http://go.td.com/1p7K5PC. Once there, you'll need your full loan account number and the last four digits of the primary borrower's Social Security number. After selecting your loan type and "Continue," you'll then be directed to fill in your payment credentials and then submit it.
Finally, you're also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you have any further questions or concerns, you may call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Live Customer Service Representative. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have.
We hope this helps, Dorothy, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
