Thank you for the reply. So I have to have a US address to get the credit card? I don't have one. Is there any other way to get a US credit card? Thank you.

Thanks for writing back, Rob!
We've reached out to our Credit Card Customer Service Team and confirmed that without either a U.S. Social Security Number or a U.S. address, you would not be eligible to apply for a TD Bank Visa Credit Card.
Should either of these change in the future, we hope that you'll consider a Credit Card with us!
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. If you visit us here in the U.S. anytime soon, we hope you'll stop in to see us at one of our Stores. To find one near where you'll be, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
Have a great weekend, Rob!
