Welcome to TD Helps, Erin.
We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble ordering checks, and we'll be more than happy to help.
As you first mentioned that you are having trouble confirming your routing number, it's important to note that TD Bank's routing numbers are based on the state in which your account was first opened. We notice that you're contacting us from Jamaica, NY, and if this is the same area or location where your account was originally opened, your routing number would be as follows:
New York – Metro NYC – 026013673
Just in case your account may not have been opened in the Metro NYC area, we have provided a link here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63 that includes all of TD Bank's current routing numbers.
If you continue to experience trouble ordering your checks online, as you're unable to visit a TD Store location, we'd like to invite you to connect with one of our Banking Specialist. They'll be more than happy to place your check order for you, and are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-888-751-9000.
We sincerely hope this information was helpful, Erin, and we hope you have a great weekend.
Brittany M, Mount Laurel
