When I went to Florida for the winter this year, I must have changed my preferences to no longer receive my monthly checking statement by regular mail. I realized how much I prefer receiving the statements through USPS mail and would like to make this change right away.

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Melinda. We'd be glad to help you change back to mailed statements.
If your account happens to be enrolled in paperless statements right now and you'd prefer to cancel this service, please follow the steps below after logging in to your Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq:
-Click the “Customer Service” tab
-Under “Self Service” select the link for “Online Statement Settings”
-Select the option for “Paper Statements”
-Then select the “Save Changes” button
Please note that choosing paper statements may result in a monthly paper statement fee for your account, and the check image service may also be discontinued. To take a look at our Fee Schedule please visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you have any trouble changing back to mailed statements, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
