If your auto loan is held at TD Bank, to obtain your balance please contact one of our dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialists at 800-937-5020, who are available 24/7. After account verification, a Specialist would be happy to help!

If you would like to receive a written payoff amount, we will need the borrowers authorization signature on the request with a good through date (for example, 10-day or 7-day payoff quote), faxed to 207-755-4245. Please allow one full business day for a return fax.
If your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to help you.
