Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Madelina It is very important to keep tracking of your account(s). Please note: even though we do not offer text alerts at this present time, we are happy to provide other options on how you can manage your finances. TD Bank offers e-mail alerts. If you chose to have your statements electronically delivered to you, you will receive an e-mail alert stating when it is available for viewing. You will also receive an e-mail alert if you chose to be notified of your balance threshold or when a new secure message has come through the TD Bank website. You can view more information on how to set these alerts by logging onto your Online Banking and clicking the “Alerts” tab. After clicking the "Alerts" tab you will then choose "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select the account you'd like the alert for, the type of alert and the dollar amount of your alert. By selecting "Finish," your alert will be saved. If you have any troubles setting up your balance alerts, you can contact our Banking Specialists directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They would be more than happy to walk you through the process. We hope this helps and have a lovely weekend.
