Hi there Antonio,
Thank you for writing in.
We appreciate your interest in text alerts. We'd like to begin by letting you know that we currently offer alerts by email rather than text. As this is the case, we will certainly pass along your interest to our product partners, and we invite you to check in anytime at www.tdbank.com for updates to our services here at TD Bank. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, you're welcome to use our email alerts which are available via your Online Banking account. If you'll need to sign up for online banking, you'll be glad to know that it is quick and easy! If you have your account number, ATM/Debit Card number and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you don't have some of this info, no worries, just contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you right over the phone, or visit your local TD Bank store. Please find a list of our stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you're using Online Banking or if you already are, you can set your alerts. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1v1jUYC for a little more info about the types of alerts we offer.
To set these up, just log into your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlqand click the “Alerts” tab. After clicking this tab you will then choose "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select the account you'd like the alert for, the type of alert and the dollar amount of your alert. By selecting "Finish," your alert will be saved.
If you prefer to receive these on your phone, please note that these can be directed to your cellular device if you have your email attached to your phone.
If you have any troubles setting up your balance alerts, you can contact our Tech Support Specialists directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562. They would be more than happy to walk you through the process.
Hope this provides some help, Antonio.
Enjoy your day!
