We appreciate you reaching out, Diane. We'll be happy to help guide to with how to get funds to your builder.
If you have an account with TD Bank as well, we do offer options online for transfer funds to another person; however, please understand this high of an amount would most likely be over the allotted limits. If you'd like to try to use this feature, you and the person initiating the transfer must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you or this person has not enrolled yet, that can be done for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . To enroll, you/they will need to provide the Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, account number, and e-mail address. If you/they do not have a debit or ATM card or need any assistance enrolling please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we'd be able to assist upon account verification. Once you both have enrolled for Online Banking, they can select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD .
Whether you're a Customer of ours or not, you do have the option of visiting any local TD Bank Store and they would be happy to help! Once there, they can withdraw the funds from your account (if you bank with us) and make a deposit into their account. For this option, all they need is to provide their account number and full name, and the funds will be available to their account. Here is a link for you to view TD Bank location details and hours: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, if you're not a Customer of ours, you may choose to send your Builder a wire transfer. To send a wire to a TD Bank Customer from within the United States it is necessary to provide the following information to any individual or financial institution wiring funds into your TD Bank account:
Wire To: TD Bank
Wilmington, Delaware or Full Store Address
Credit to: Your Account Title
Your Account Number
At this time, we may not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to the sender.
For any fees in regards to the wire, please review our Fee Schedule found here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt
We hope this helps, Diane and have a good night!
