Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Camille.
If you have a deposit account with us, such as Checking, Savings or Money Market account, you should be able to request a wire transfer directly with your other U.S. bank, so they may transfer funds from your bank account to your TD Bank account on your behalf. We're also happy to provide all the information needed to receive an incoming domestic wire.
Please feel free to provide the following information to your other financial institution:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A Wilmington, Delaware
Credit to: Your Full Name and Account Title, Your Address, Your Account Number Please note; we do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and we return them to the sender.
Based on the information you provided in your message, you may also consider our External Transfers service provided via Online Banking. Our External Transfer service is used if you're sending money from your personal account with TD Bank to your account at another Financial Institution within the United States. You can also initiate a request for funds from your account at another Financial Institution within the United States to your TD account. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD.
In order to be eligible to use our External Transfer service, you must have a United States address, a unique United States phone number, a United States issued Social Security number and a valid unique email address. You must also be enrolled for Online Banking and be using a personal TD Bank Checking, Savings or Money Market account for the transfer.
If you are already enrolled for Online Banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After logging onto your account, please choose the "Transfers" tab. Then click on "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement and review the fee schedule.
After the enrollment is completed, you may continue to schedule a transfer by adding your account at a different institution. To do so, select "Add a New Account." You will then be prompted to select the type of account followed by the account and routing numbers. Once you enter the required fields, the transfer service will then display whether or not you can make an immediate transfer. In some cases, a trial deposit is initiated at the receiving institution for verification purposes. You’re welcome to check out http://bit.ly/1jXKYqq for all of the exciting details.
If you have any questions or concerns about our External Transfer service, our Tech Support Team is also here to assist you 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Please know that fees may apply for the above services and for more information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Additionally, you may also contact your other financial institution to determine if any other services they may provide for you to make this transfer.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to write to us anytime! We hope this helps and enjoy your day.
