Good afternoon Bruce!
Great to see you today! We appreciate your question and are happy to help you get some funds to your daughter's account.
From your message, we're unsure if you're a Customer here at TD or not, so we'll be glad to review options from both sides.
If you are our Customer and would like to transfer funds to your daughter's account here, you'll be happy to learn that we offer the option of sending funds online using our feature called Person-to-Person Transfers. Using this service, funds can be sent domestically to any account inside and outside TD Bank without having to visit a Store.
To use this feature, you must be enrolled in Online Banking with us. If you haven't enrolled yet, that can be done for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To enroll, you will need to provide your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit card number, account number, and email address. If you're missing any of this info or need assistance enrolling please call us at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists available 24/7.
Once you have enrolled, you can select the “Person-to-Person” tab online to enroll for this specific feature. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check out http://bit.ly/1pADlWD. Please also look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for any applicable fee details.
On the other hand, Bruce – if you don't currently bank with us but your daughter does, she can use the above-mentioned service to request funds from you. She must be enrolled as we listed above and then, under the Person-to-Person tab she can select the "Request Money" option. You will then receive a text or email notification regarding her request and at that point, you can choose which financial institution or account you would like the funds to be debited from. If you provide her with your own routing and account numbers, this is an additional option she can use with this feature and you won't need to confirm any of the details for that option. For any support that either of you may need with this service, our Tech Support Specialists are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
If you prefer, you're also welcome to get in touch with your financial institution for other ways of transferring funds, as they may have a similar option for you from your account there.
We hope this information helps, Bruce.
Please feel free to reply with any questions you have and we hope you enjoy your Sunday!
