Good morning, Sudhakar, and thanks for bringing your concerns to TD Helps today.
Before we begin, we'd like to take a moment to inform you that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact. Because of this, we are unable to access your brother's loan to provide you with information such as the payoff amount. To obtain this information, we ask that your brother contact us directly.
A Financial Solutions Group Specialist is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-800-937-5020, and after verification, they'll be more than happy to provide your brother with this information. In addition to calling, he's also able to contact a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to obtain this information. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If your brother currently has access to his Online Banking, he may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, he will first want to log into his TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once he's successfully logged in, he will need to look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side, and select 'Send a secure message'.
If he has downloaded our mobile banking app for his smartphone, he may also use this method to send a secure message. From his Mobile Banking, he will need to log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
It's important to note that in order to release personal information in regard to a loan, we will need to speak with a signer of the loan, and if you are not currently a signer, we would be unable to provide you with any information, including the payoff amount.
We hope this helps, Sudhakar. Enjoy your Thursday!
