Great having you, Bridget and thanks for writing in today!
If you've written a check and there were insufficient funds in your account at the time of payment, your payee will usually receive a negotiable copy of your check for redeposit. As you mentioned that the funds are now available in the account, they are more than welcome to cash or deposit the item again.
If it's your preference to provide them with a new check or an Official Bank Check, you are welcome to do so. If you choose this option, we recommend obtaining the negotiable copy back from them prior to providing a new check, if they received one. If you're unable to do so, we recommend that you place a Stop Payment on the item and you may do so by calling us at the number below. Please note that fees can apply for a stop payment and feel free to take a look at our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you have questions, Bridget just give us a call! We're here 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Or, we invite you to stop in at any of our Stores and please find one nearby you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps and have a great week!
