Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Andrea. We will be glad to assist you.
Generally speaking, checks that are more than 6 months old are considered staledated. However, it is possible that it might still be negotiated by the Bank.
If you would like to place a stop payment on this check, we recommend giving us a call 24/7 to speak with a Customer Service Representative at 888-751-9000. Our Representatives would be happy to assist you in placing stop payments upon account verification.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may also place a stop payment online. To do so, you will need to first log on. If you have personal TD accounts and are signed up for our Retail Online Banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
