missing and since youare telling me by phone today that it was cashed, I need to see the actuall check to see who endorsed it. It was supposed to have been made out to West Elm/Comenity Bank but neither west elm nor that bank have any record of it. please respond asap. Thank you, Anita My checking and savings accounts are at your 74th and Broadway location, and I have spoken to two people there who have given me the id of the merchant who cashed the check (It's Comenity ) and a tracing number. Comenity says I need proof from my bank that the check was cashed on 1/9 to s how them.

Good day, Anita, thanks for writing in to TD Helps and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction for assistance.
Based on your message we received, it sounds like your payee has opted to remove the funds from your account electronically instead of presenting the paper check. As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
With this being said, we encourage you to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 and speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account and confirm the status of this check with you. Once it is confirmed, we'll be able to discuss any options with you to get it resolved. You may also visit any TD Bank Store to have your account reviewed in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!
