I just want to change the setting for bill pay, or at the very least have the option of assigning another account to draw from. As it stands right now, it is automatically drawing from one account. How can I change WHICH account the money is pulled from?

Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Lynn. We would be happy to help.
Upon scheduling a payment, you will have the option to select which account you want you payment to be debited from if you have multiple accounts with TD. If you only have one account, your payment will automatically select your account.
If you wish to edit a recurring Bill Payment, please log onto your Online Banking. After you log in, please follow the steps below to update your recurring payment:
1. Click on the “Bill Pay” tab located at the top of your screen.
2. Click on the “Manage Your Bills” tab.
3. Select the appropriate biller from the “Biller Name” list.
4. Select the option “Update automatic payment” from the “What would you like to do?” list.
5. Make the appropriate changes and click the “Save Changes” button
6. Click “Ok”
If this automatic payment was scheduled via TD Business Direct, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562, Option 2 to speak with a Banking Specialist, or visit a Store near you. To find hours and locations near you, please take a look at https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
