I am Canadian, and work at US. I would like to apply a TD credit card.
I've filled Cross Border TD Credit Card Application, and faxed back. I've got call to agree a credit report from Canada.
A week later I’ve called in to check my application status, and the representative asked me to fill out ID discrepancy form at branch ONLY. No other way to accept.
I called the branch, and they said we don’t have it. What’s ID discrepancy form look like? How can I get the form.
