The seller has not answered any of my emails since confirming the transaction. It has been a week since I ordered and they have not shipped anything. How do I go about doing that?

In order to receive a credit for a transaction that you authorized, we ask that you contact us directly to place a dispute.
If this is in regard to your TD credit card, you are able to call us 24/7 at 888-561-8861. Our Credit Card Specialists will be happy to help you review the transaction and file a dispute.
If you're referring to your TD debit card, we ask that you call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
