Hi Jurairat! We'd be happy to provide instructions for going paperless.
With TD Bank Online Banking, you can select which accounts you'd you like printed statements for and which ones receive online only. No matter which settings you choose, you should be able to access any of your statements online.
The only requirement is that you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or newer installed on your computer. We provide a link to assist you if you need to upgrade this software. To begin enrolling in paperless statements, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, click the 'Customer Service' tab. Then select the blue hyperlink for 'Online Statement Settings'. From there, you'll be able to view which account are eligible for online statements and make the selection under each one for the type you'd like (online or paper). Be sure to confirm that the email address displayed is correct and click the link to make any necessary changes. You'll then need to review the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and hardware and software requirements and check the boxes indicating you reviewed them. Once you've confirmed that all of the information is correct, click 'Save Changes'. Going forward, for any of the accounts you've set to paperless, you'll receive an email each statement cycle asking you to log in to view your statement.
If you have any further questions, or have any difficulty setting your account to paperless, please give our Tech Support Team a call 24/4 at 800-493-7562 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you're enjoying your weekend, Jurairat!
