I have been trying for a month now to have my money from my HSA account rolled over into my bank.

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, Kelsey. Sorry to hear about your transaction. We'll be sure to inform you on how to transfer your HSA account.
If you decide to open an HSA account with another financial institution, we'd hate to see you go, but we can guide you on how to do this. First, you may go to your new financial institution and complete the necessary paperwork to have the funds rolled over. Or secondly, you may step inside any TD Bank Store to get a closing check to bring to that financial institution.
If you have any additional questions, you may reach our dedicated HSA Department directly at (800) 597-4437 and choose Option 3. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm to answer any questions you may have.
