I'm working in the U.S. (near San Antonio, TX) and as a Canadian citizen I am now due to pay back my student loans to the Canadian government. I haven't lived in Canada for over a decade, and do not have a bank account there. However, I am required to have a Canadian bank account in order to pay back the loans. Can you help me?
