Hi! I just set up an account and before I can sign up for online banking I have to get my card in the mail which will take 10-12 days I was told. I was going to see if I can go ahead and order checks now online so they will be here by the time my card arrives, but Harland Clarke requires my routing number which I do not have. Can I do this without having to go into the store or sitting on the phone with customer care?

Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Alyssa! We'd be glad to help you get started.
Please know that as you mention this will be your first order of checks, we ask that you reach out to us directly to place your order. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
During your call or when you visit, feel free to ask your Representative to enroll you in Online Banking!
Similarly, if you choose to go to a TD Store, our Representatives there are able to print an instant issue Debit Card for you on the spot! If you choose to receive a Debit Card at your local TD, be sure to let your Representative know you ordered one online during your account opening. They'll close the one being mailed as it will no longer be useful. Be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. as well (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope this helps, Alyssa and have a good day.
