I don't have photo id but I do have a photo EBT card. Is that enough to establish my ID? What else would I need? I ask because my photo id was stolen. Thank you for any help you can give me. I would like to upgrade my inactive bank account.

Hi Cindy! Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question today.
We're very sorry to hear that your ID has been stolen. Since Identity Theft can be a scary thing, we want to provide you with a link to some great info about protecting your identity. By clicking here: https://go.td.com/1q23MZt, you'll find some really informative links about how to protect your identity, as well as some great security tips. We hope you'll take the time to check it out.
In order to be assisted at one of our Stores, we will require a photo ID. If you've not yet gotten a replacement for your stolen ID, please know that we also accept driver's licenses, State IDs, and passports. Because other forms of ID may be accepted, we recommend reaching out to the Store you intend to visit prior to stopping in to confirm whether your EBT Card will be accepted and what other forms you may need to provide along with it. To find contact info and hours for a Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We look forward to seeing you soon in one of our Stores so that we can help you access your account. We hope you're having a great weekend, Cindy!
