Hey Christina, thanks for visiting us at TD Helps today. We are sorry to hear about your debit card and you came to the right place for direction regarding your inquiry! We would be happy to help provide the next step you should take.
If you lost your TD ATM/Visa Debit card, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. You can do so by calling us at 1-888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Another option you have to close your TD ATM/Visa Debit card is to visit us at your local TD Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately at the Store.
